When we film in a community, we work with its young people. Not as observers. Inside the production: entry-level roles on set, training built into the budget, mentorship that starts in prep and doesn't end at wrap. The people who live a story are the people best placed to help make it, and that's especially true of the young people who will tell the next one.
Film is more than a product to us. It's a way for young people to understand themselves and be understood. This is the part of our work we intend to grow, funded by what we make for our clients, into something that outlasts any single production.
We open our doors to any young person with the curiosity to learn, and we often work alongside community groups to do it.
