Does your international team need a friendly hand in Canada?
Canada is large, jurisdictionally complicated, and some of it works only in French. Our team offers Canadian Fixer services that can help with any Canadian local filming your production may need. Our team has run location production across the country for major international and Canadian formats, including production management and local producer roles on Amazing Race Canada and Canada's Ultimate Challenge. Many of us speak more than one language, and can help facilitate cross-cultural understanding where needed.
  • Location scouting nationwide, including Québec and French-language production environments.
  • Indigenous community production. We have organized productions in 20+ Indigenous communities in Canada, from the Pacific to the Atlantic to the Arctic. We have relationships everywhere, and where we don't, we're one introduction away.
  • Permits, permissions, and rights clearance across municipal, provincial, territorial, and federal authorities, including national park and provincial park permits.
  • Drone permitting. Transport Canada RPAS certification and registration, NAV CANADA flight authorization for controlled airspace, and land-use permits where national or provincial parks are involved.
  • Local crew & equipment booking.
  • Accommodation, transport, and travel logistics.
  • On-the-ground production management and full compliance with Canadian unions and guilds: ACTRA, UDA, IATSE, AQTIS, DGC, ARRQ, and WGC.
There are no borders to a good story
We are always open to international co-productions.
Canada has many tax credit incentives that can benefit international collaborators. We love working with other countries. We've all spent years on international productions, and we always appreciate the chance to connect with new creatives abroad.
